  • For clients within the UK, payment is taken through bank transfer. For international clients outside of the UK, payment is through WISE.

  • The timeframe for completion may differ depending on the project's specifications. I aim to provide quality work within reasonable timeframes. During our initial consultation, we'll discuss the exact timeline to ensure I meet your project's objectives and deadlines.

  • here is usually two revisions provided for the brand presentation and design concept unless stated otherwise.

  • My process consists of the ‘one concept method’. You will be presented with one in-depth concept. It’s my job to find and present the best solution for your business and with the one concept method I can go in-depth and present a whole brand identity that doesn’t leave you confused unlike showing several concepts.

  • You’ll receive: AI, PDF, SVG, JPG & PNG. These will all be delivered in all of your brand colours plus anything else I know you’ll need.

  • Of course! After the project is complete you can contact me through email to discuss future projects.

  • The brand guidelines document is an in-depth guide on how to successfully use your brand identity and assets. This can be used by you, other designers, web developers and employees. Following this brand bible will allow for consistency across all marketing materials. It includes things like logo usage, typography hierarchy, do’s & don’ts, colour codes and more!
