In the past decade I have worked in and with 50+ small to medium businesses and funded start-ups, in all categories including property development and real estate, e-commerce, events, apps, retail & wholesale, corporate, education and charities. Additionally I have experience collaborating with internal marketing and sales teams and business decision makers, as well as photographers, manufacturers, printers, agencies and more.
My experience and deep understanding of design, launching a brand and campaign to market gives me a strong understanding for what it takes to bring your ideas to life.

The Process
In building successful partnerships, the key elements are transparency and a well-defined process. I've meticulously outlined both my client and design processes, ensuring you have a clear understanding of the journey and timelines involved.
1 Intro Call
30-minute call to discuss the scope of the project, including deliverables, timelines, budgets, and other relevant details.
2 Review & Sign
I’ll share the scope of work and a quote for your approval. Upon signing, you’ll receive the contract, briefing template, and 50% deposit invoices. Progress begins once these are signed, paid, and completed.
3 Design
Upon receiving payment, contract, and briefing, I’ll start gathering relevant research and information to establish the optimal design direction. Following this, I’ll create mood boards, then concepts, and finally refine the design until it reaches its final iteration.
4 Revisions
I understand that achieving the perfect design may take some fine-tuning. That’s why my packages include a set of revisions, ensuring I can accommodate changes and bring your perfect vision to life, putting your mind at ease.
5 Touchpoints
After the branding has been approved, I’ll seamlessly implement it across various touchpoints as outlined in the brief. These may include brochures, social media templates, landing page and more!
6 Offboarding
After project approval and your satisfaction, I’ll send the final invoice covering the remaining 50% and any extras. Upon payment, I’ll provide all files and, if needed, create the Brand Guidelines Document for effective brand
asset utilisation.

Yes, I do work with clients outside of the UK. My standard working hours are 9am to 5:30pm (GMT) from Monday to Friday, but I am open to flexibility within reason to accommodate meetings according to your availability. I've had the pleasure of collaborating with clients from various international locations, including Florida (USA), Sydney (AUS), and Dubai (UAE).

For clients within the UK, payment is taken through bank transfer. For international clients outside of the UK, payment is through WISE.

The timeframe for completion may differ depending on the project's specifications. I aim to provide quality work within reasonable timeframes. During our initial consultation, we'll discuss the exact timeline to ensure I meet your project's objectives and deadlines.

The brand guidelines document is an in-depth guide on how to successfully use your brand identity and assets. This can be used by you, other designers, web developers and employees. Following this brand bible will allow for consistency across all marketing materials. It includes things like logo usage, typography hierarchy, do’s & don’ts, colour codes and more!
